Senior “Kickback Day”

On November 8th seniors at University High School will have their first senior activity of the year-- called Senior Kickback Day. It's a day for seniors to relax, eat and have fun with classmates. This will be the first time in a 6 hour school day where us as students are allowed to do absolutely nothing "school-work" related.

Senior adviser, Mrs. Dunker-Ware has put together a list of supplies that students can bring to the celebration. The list of supplies consist of drinks, food, & utensils. It is not all fun there are some rules. Each student is supposed to sign up for one of the three Categories to provide something that can benefit the kickback day.

Mrs. Dunker-Ware made it very clear that if you don't provide something to the kickback day you are not allowed to eat as a way of convincing the students to make sure that try with their utmost efforts benefit something via text message. We agreed that this was the fair thing to do.

Students are allowed to design a special shirt for the day. The shirt has to be school colors but it can represent and capture the fun of the day.

With everyone's contributions everything should be perfect. Many seniors are looking forward to this day of fun. It is the first of many. There are more fun activities to come this year.
